The title tells you all about my name and for those of you still confused here is it explained...
A Mobat(s) is a flying monkey bat from the Wizard of Oz. The term Mobat came into play with the making of Tin Man for the Sci Fi channel. I happen to love the term. Beyond that Wizard of Oz and all the books that go with it are my first love of series books for kids. They are my favorites. And yes Potter comes somewhere down the line after Wizard of Oz since I was graduating high school when Potter came out.
Okay moving on.
I believe that is everything. Before you ask I have done a lot in my so called short life for two reasons. I had cancer as a child and was told I would never see beyond the age of ten. The second is my mother believed that all knowledge is worth having and she added to my public school education with books, lessons and other things she felt was important. Not to mention I grew up on a co-op farm and was an active 4-H er until I was 18.

- Jacqueline Carey is my favorite author
- Dragonriders of Pern my favorite series
- Raspberries are my favorite fruit
- Air Popped Pop Corn is my junk food of choice
- Jasmine Green Tea Latte is my hot beverage of choice
- Will do just about anything for imported hot chocolate
- Originall from Maryland and born in Pennsylvania
- I have lived in Wisconsin, Minnesota, California and Idaho
- I have touched all but three land locked states
- Been to all but two Canadian Provinces
- Have been to Mexico a few times
- I can read and write in about six to seven languages but most of them are dead ones
- I love and am addicted to books
- I know ASL (American Sign Language)
- My first language is Arcadian French, followed by Korean and then English
- I am of Arabic/Italian/German/Scottish decent
- I am third and second generation born in Country and still have family in Europe
- I am an Italian citizen even though I have never been there
